Q – HOW SOON CAN A STUDENT GET IN?

A – Once the necessary application and supplemental paperwork has been submitted and reviewed and the initial tuition and fees are paid, admission can happen immediately.  The process typically takes anywhere from 2-14 days.

Q – DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE? WHAT TYPE OF INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

A – Yes, your insurance may cover a portion of licensed, chemical dependency treatment and mental health services.  We accept insurance for many providers; we may be out of network for some.

  • Our Admissions team will request your insurance information and discuss your coverage and benefits with you.
  • If you have insurance or are a Hennepin County resident, our Admissions team can schedule a Rule 31 or Rule 25 assessment after the application is received.
  • Clients will be billed for the services that insurance does not cover.
  • Limited scholarships may be available, based on need. We also work with a treatment program lender, should you wish to apply for financing.

No, we do not accept insurance for our Therapeutic Boarding School/Behavioral Rehabilitation program.

Q – CAN A STUDENT START IN THE MIDDLE OF THE YEAR?
